其实我真的很自卑的咯...

唱来唱去都是这样lame...

常常还会因为这样而想退出绿缘...

佛陀啊~

我几时才能以歌声来弘扬佛法呢？

生气时 停一停

生气时，让时间停一停。 不要让他人的错丑化了自己。
想一想，生气的时候， 受伤的不只是他人，也伤害了自己。
如果你静一静，关照你内心 他人的恶语，或许是自己恶念的显现。
就把他掏出来，让她远离自己。
心中存感激，是因为菩萨叫你，
内心更坚强。 不怕，不要愁，反而当下沉默想一想。
去爱他，祝福他，愿她远离生气的烦恼。
愿自己不再让他心存烦恼。

Sunway + Serdang 1 day trip... Yao Che Hor~~~ 感恩有你们^^

Today was a very happy & enjoyable day because it had been a long time we did not rent car and hanging out together. Today we having sweet sweet dessert at Honey Moon, Sunway Piramid.

MmMm...Yummy...yummy~~

We depart from UPM around 9pm because gonna fetch Wei You to FBMK first.

Got abit jam near the traffic light there.

Before depart to Sunway, we "add oil" at Petronas... Lol...

Its cheap! RM10 for the petrol... hehe..

Because of too relaxing, we window shopping & man man lai in the whole morning...

Start from 1pm, we rush to buy our MGM materials and ingredients in Giant..

But we can't find out cheapest KK jagung T-T...

So we rush to the Puchong Giant... Omg... There also don't have this brand of jagung...

Again... We rush to Puchong Tesco... haha... Out of stock?? Tesco don't have too..

Alright, we bought the tesco brand of jagung because it only mahal then kk jagung 20sen... 

hehe... but it look nice & beautiful also la... 

Fly back to the kolej, we start cook jagung & sell it~~ 

A very wonderful day haven't end yet.....

We are going to have out dinner at Chops & Steaks!

yay~~

Me & Kai Sing order chicken chop, Wei You order lamb chop, Chelsea order fish & chips while Hooi Leng order roastered chicken.....

yUm...yUm~~

We chit chat during dinner, "lack of nutrient conver"...

But its enjoy!

After that we go to round whole serdang & few parts of area in UPM....

(p/s: because wana waste the petrol that still left..xD)

WaaH...

UPM is so big le....

We reach Institut Biosains, which located quite pedalaman....

yuan lai UPM so big & so rich!

haha.....

Time is late.....

So we go back after a short "yao che hor"~~
