After 4 months joined in the medical sales line, there is a lot of feeling rolling in my stomach. First of all, medical sales really is a very challenging and independent job as I'm a fresh grads. There is totally a different world from study life. Don't talk about medical first. In sales world, it's actually is very complicated. A purely heart is started to be polluted by rubbishes. Being a sales person, might need to wear a mask. It always very competitive when you work together with people who is same position with you, even selling the same things with you. And I can see that, some of sales person are full of ego and jealousy when seeing other's successfulness. I always adviced to be alert and careful working in sales life. However, there is still got alot of good people de. Feeling appreaciate for those kind people who appear in my career. Support me in my career path. For myself joining sales purpose, I love a flexible job. I want to train myself to face more people, and become more confidence. I also wish to train myself speaking English. Of course, doing sales is want to earn more money, to hit target as well. But my main point is to add value in my own. Moreover, choosing medical sales is because I want to be first line in helping people. But after walk through this few months, I found out helping people only occupied 5-10%. When you need sales, you will find many ways to achieve it. Sometimes there is too many kinds of people in this world, current condition make them need to do so, a fake person , to grab any opportunity in front. What can do is playing psychology between each other. Achievement is such an important things to show that yourselves are capable and suitable to be in this company, to make yourselves valuable. However, within this short period I've learned a lot from the people around me. From don't know how to detail until get some good feed back in role play. And my note book is full of Northen maps! Hoho. This is a great and amazing learning process. Thanks from the guiding from my direct superior and my aunty. Of course my collegues as well. They just like catalyst in the job, motivate and activate your passion towards the job.I've learn the way to talk, learn from mistakes, and learn to be an intelligent person. This society is not simple as what I think. Sometimes, the feeling rolling is just like, is it myself have to become fake and greedy also? I'm scared. And I always tell myself, I have to believe, believe in Karma, the law of cause and effect. Doing the right things, to be knowledgeable, to be professional in a job. To remind myself always believing in the secret of universe.
Luckily, I have a teacher, who ever appear in my life when I need him. He showed me what we are suffering now. Being with those we dislike, not getting what we want. Thanks Buddha. You have rescued me too many times, from doing bad things. And I always trust in Your teaching and guiding. By Your's teaching, I have walk in a correct path way. To attain my dreams, travelling all around the world, while not leaving Karma. I also wish to let more people know about Your's teaching, to guide them to the true path way too. Buddha, do give me more power, more energy to continue my career and my bright future. And for everyone, to live in happiness and peaceful nature.
Noble Eightfold Path
1. Right View. The right way to think about life is to see the world through the eyes of the Buddha--with wisdom and compassion.
2. Right Thought. We are what we think. Clear and kind thoughts build good, strong characters.
3. Right Speech. By speaking kind and helpful words, we are respected and trusted by everyone.
4. Right Conduct. No matter what we say, others know us from the way we behave. Before we criticize others, we should first see what we do ourselves.
5. Right Livelihood. This means choosing a job that does not hurt others. The Buddha said, "Do not earn your living by harming others. Do not seek happiness by making others unhappy."
6. Right Effort. A worthwhile life means doing our best at all times and having good will toward others. This also means not wasting effort on things that harm ourselves and others.
7. Right Mindfulness. This means being aware of our thoughts, words, and deeds.
8. Right Concentration. Focus on one thought or object at a time. By doing this, we can be quiet and attain true peace of mind.
"The kind of seed sown
will produce that kind of fruit.
Those who do good will reap good results.
Those who do evil will reap evil results.
If you carefully plant a good seed,
You will joyfully gather good fruit."
